This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, protect, and share your information, and with whom we share it in order to provide our services offered directly by VORWERG BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD (hereinafter “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the Company’s websites, its messaging platform, and the Company’s application.
We suggest you read this in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
While you’re enjoying our services, including the Company’s application (hereinafter referred to as “App”) and the Company’s website(s) (hereinafter referred to as “Websites”), both terms interchangeably referred to as “Services”), we collect information about you. In addition, you may choose to use the App to share information with other users. We may also need to share your information sometimes.
This Policy explains how we protect and use your personal data, including for artificial intelligence (AI) training and development, so please read very carefully!

The Company is the controller and responsible for this App and the owner and/or responsible entity of the website(s) related and linked to this App.

Personal Data We Collect
When you download the App and/or use the Company’s website to create an account, we may collect, store and transfer the following personal data:
- Photographs
- Gender Identity
- Gender preference
- Geolocation data, such as mobile device location
- That your age is above 17
- Name / Username/mobile phone number/ login information
- User-generated content, posts, and other content you submit to our services
- Communications between you and ALVA
- Information collected through cookies and similar technologies
- Information about how you use our services such as the features you use and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities
- Information about your device, such as your device type, browser type, IP address, and operating system
If you are under 17 years old, please do not send any user information to us as we do not knowingly collect (nor do we wish to collect) any personally identifiable information or other user information from children under the age of 17. In the event that we learn we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 17, we will delete that information from our database and terminate the corresponding account, if any.
Once you register you will be able to review and change this information at any time.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your details are kept up to date.
Your personal data may be visible to other Users who view your profile.
Please be careful about the information you disclose about yourself. When you communicate with other Users, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk.
You will also need to provide us with special categories of personal data (i.e. sensitive personal data, such as information about your gender preference).
Data Processing Through App Stores
Before you can install our App, you may have to enter into a user agreement with an app store operator (e.g. Google or Apple). Our App is available on different app platforms, depending on your particular operating system.
In order to install and use our App via these app stores, you will need to have a valid account with the app store operator as well as a compatible device (e.g. a smartphone). The Company has no control over the collection, processing and use of personal data in this respect. The relevant app store operator will be the sole data controller of this information. If necessary, please contact the operator of the respective app store directly for information about their data processing. The Company is the data controller with respect to your personal data only when you use the App.
Geolocation Information
If you have given the Company access to your location in your device settings, when you use your mobile phone, we will collect information about WiFi access points as well as other location information about your longitude and latitude and may save your device’s coordinates to offer certain features to you. This information helps us identify your physical location and we use it to personalize the App and make it easier for you to interact with other Users, by enabling the general locality information to be displayed to Users seeing your profile and showing you the profiles of other Users who are near you.
If you have given the Company access to your location, but wish to turn this off, you can do so by the following methods:

Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you use our App and/or website(s), we may collect personal data from you automatically by using cookies or similar technologies. We use cookies for a wide range of purposes on our App and/or website(s) and in our email communications to deliver our services and to improve your experience.
Cookies are small bites of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Every time you revisit our website, your web browser sends these cookies back to us so that we can customize your experience to better match your interests and preferences or to simply facilitate your signing in to use our services.

The anonymous information generated by Google Analytics cookies about your use of our websites is transmitted to Google – not us.
Facebook Pixel tracking is an analytics tools that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our social advertising by understanding the actions people take on our website. We use website data collected by Facebook Pixel to make sure our advertisements are being promoted to the people who showed interest in our websites and in particular in our services and products. The data collected by Facebook Pixel includes IP address, the browser used and other data such as the number of visitors, which visitors are Facebook users. Facebook Pixel tracking cookie about your use of our websites which is then transmitted to Facebook – not us.

- Request correction of your personal data: This enables you to correct any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you. Please note that we might need to confirm the accuracy of the new data you will provide us.
- Request erasure of your personal data: This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data. You can exercise this right where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (as per below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. Note however that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
- Object to processing of your personal data: When there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your rights and freedoms you have the right to object to processing of your data. You can also exercise this right where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
